My Promises to You

If you book me as a singer for your wedding. I will provide you with enchanting vocals that bring the atmosphere, represent you and create memories that last long before the final note!

However. J will do much more than just provide vocals.

Here are my promises to you as your wedding singer...

I promise to support you!

I will be there to support you (as much or as little as you need) throughout the process of planning your wedding.

This doesn’t just include guidance with music, I have been described as an unofficial co-ordinator by previous couples, helping advise with timings, song choices and more. I am more than happy to answer any questions you have, wedding planning can be stressful and having a sounding board can be very useful.

As an experienced wedding singer, l have so many tips and tricks to help with your day and will share whatever guidance I can to help make it perfect!

I promise to be fully prepared!

I will always be fully prepared for your day. I will rehearse your set list multiple times, taking extra care with your special song choices ,and ensuring the music will be exactly what you pictured on your day. I want your music to be perfect and trust me, I am just as invested in it as you are.

I promise to learn your special song!

If you have a song request that isn't on my repertoire, I will learn it (as long as I can get a backing track - and we can get custom tracks if needed!) It is your day, I want the music to be perfect and fully represent you as newlyweds, and that should include your dream song! I am really passionate about the music for your day being tailored to you, which is why you can choose your entire set list if you want to.

I promise a set list bespoke to you!

As I said above, I am passionate about your music representing you on your day. So, your set list will be totally bespoke to you! I don't have a standard set list. You can choose every single song for your day if you want to. Or if you don't want to an extra job to deal with, then I will put one together based on you as individuals (obviously you get final approval!)

No matter if you choose the set list or I do, every wedding will have a brand new set list.

I promise to be inclusive and
non-judgemental!

I will celebrate you and your love, supporting you as much as you need during the planning process and be your biggest cheerleader on your day. You shouldn’t feel the need to mask, explain yourself or your love on your day. Everyone deserves to feel safe, celebrated as their authentic selves, and totally listened to; both on their wedding day and in the planning process. No one should feel self-conscious about who they are or who they love when planning what should be the happiest day of their lives. So I promise a no-judgement zone, I will celebrate and support you!

I promise to act with professionalism

I always ensure I act with professionalism. Yes, I want us to build a rapport and for it to feel like I am an old friend at your day. But, I am still there to do a job and make your day perfect, so I will always act professionally using high quality equipment to guarantee great sound, arrive early to ensure I am ready with plenty of time and do my best to match my outfit to the vibe of your wedding, so I fit into your vision seamlessly!

I promise to be invested in your day!

I will put my whole heart into singing at your day. I genuinely care as much about it as you do, it means the world every time I am chosen to sing at a wedding. I will always do my utmost to ensure the music is perfect. I'll be your biggest cheerleader and honestly, I will probably have a tear in my eye when you say I do!

I promise to make things as easy as possible!

I will always try to make your life as stress free as possible. Planning a wedding can be stressful and I don't want to add to that. I liaise directly with your venue, to give you one less thing to worry about, and always turn up with plenty of time to spare so I can set up and sound check long before your guests arrive!
